Reverse colors PLATFORM2 is a brand new programme that gives young adults the opportunity to live, work and learn about life in developing countries. PLATFORM2 is unique because it has been specially designed for those who wouldn’t normally get the chance to volunteer abroad.

Through PLATFORM2, you could get the opportunity to make a real difference to people’s lives, and to promote wider development awareness when you return to the UK.

Because PLATFORM2 is designed for young British people from less advantaged backgrounds, entry to the programme is free.

In case you missed that, we’ll run it past you again... It’s free! PLATFORM2 is fully funded by the Department for International Development (DFID) and is run by a partnership of Christian Aid, Islamic Relief and BUNAC.

Over 3 years, Platform2 will see 2,500 18-25 year-olds travel to locations including South Africa, India and Peru. During a 10-week volunteering work placement, you and a group of other young people could live, work and breathe a totally new culture!

Sound too good to be true? Please follow the below links to access further information about PLATFORM2, eligibility and application procedures.

The new PLATFORM2 website will be launched soon, so keep an eye on this space!
