Tab key & access-key navigation

We have also introduced tab key navigation to this site enabling users to access navigation links and form controls using a keyboard. This is especially helpful for disabled users who do not have the mobility or co-ordination to use a mouse and need an alternative input device. Links controls can now be selected in logical order by repeatedly pressing the "tab" key. Press the the "enter" key to visit a link once highlighted.

Keyboard shortcuts allow users to navigate the site using specific accesskeys. Hold down the "alt" key, type the required character and press "enter" to visit a particular section. On an Apple computer, use the "control" plus access-key combination.
