Me Lucy, Debbie and jo went paragliding today it was well good loved it. It wasn't that scary more chilling in mid air well it was a bit scary jumping 3500ft off the Himalayas well I would deffo do it again if I get the chance. I didn't want to come down I was enjoying it that much my instructor said he done his training in England and spends Christmas in Manchester.
