If you are successful in getting accepted on to a Platform2 trip, you'll be given a login and password to sign in to the My Platform2 section of the site. In this section, you'll be able to find out information about your trip such as flight times and health advice as well as lots of other info about the country you'll be travelling to.

Group1 Zach Blog / Ghana - Achiase


Hi!

Sitting in an Internet Cafe in Kumasi (Ghana). Finished work for today! :)

This morning we continued to construct the toilet block, since arriving in the village last week we have managed to dig the foundations using spades, concrete the foundation base using the concrete we mixed manually and build the foundations up!

After lunch today we went to the local school were we taught Maths, English, Science and Creative Arts! The kids are amazing! The go crazy for stickers!

Anybody thinking of applying to Platform2 - do it!! We have been here 2 weeks now and are all having a great time! We have been experiencing new cultures, making new friends, learning a new language and working on the muscles lol!
